What to Expect
Every coaching relationship starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.
We'll talk about where you are, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping will be different. I'll explain how I work, you'll be able to ask any questions you have, and together we'll decide whether it feels like the right fit. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it doesn't. Either way, there's no pressure.
If we decide to work together, we'll agree on a starting point that makes sense for you. Some people begin with a single session because they have one specific issue they want to untangle. Others know they'd benefit from a longer period of support and choose one of my coaching packages. There isn't a right way to begin.
From there, the work is always collaborative.
Rather than rushing to solutions, we'll spend time understanding what's really happening beneath the surface. We'll explore the patterns, assumptions, habits and stories that may be keeping you stuck, then build practical ways forward that fit your life, not someone else's.
Expect thoughtful questions, honest conversations and practical tools you can actually use between sessions. Sometimes you'll leave with a clear action plan. Sometimes you'll leave with a different way of seeing something that's been holding you back for years. Often it's both.
I draw on coaching psychology frameworks and evidence-based approaches, but our sessions won't feel academic. They'll feel like conversations with purpose, grounded, challenging when they need to be, and always focused on helping you move forward.
Sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly, online via Zoom.
I work with people across the UK and internationally, so wherever you're based, we'll find a time that works.
SINGLE INTENSIVE SESSION — £120
A single 60-minute session for when you have something specific to work through, or when you want to experience coaching before committing to a package.
This isn't a taster session with a sales pitch at the end. It's a full coaching session. We'll use the time properly. You'll come with something on your mind, and we'll work through it with the same depth and psychological grounding as any other session.
This works well if you:
Have a specific decision, situation, or block you want to think through
Are curious about coaching but want to try it before committing
Have done coaching before and want a one-off session for something particular
What to expect: One 60-minute session via video call. You set the agenda. I bring the framework.
Not sure if this is right for you? Book a free discovery call first.
FOUNDATIONS PACKAGE — £649
Six sessions to move past the surface and into the work that actually matters.
Six sessions is enough time to do something real. We're not just identifying where the blocks are, we're understanding why, and building something different in its place. By the end, most clients describe a shift not just in clarity but in how they relate to themselves: less reactive, more grounded, with tools they actually use.
This is for you if:
You're functioning well on the outside but feel stuck, unclear, or disconnected internally
You've tried to think your way through something and keep arriving at the same place
You want depth, not a quick fix, but you're not ready to commit to twelve sessions
What the six sessions look like: Sessions 1–2 are about understanding. We map what's going on, identify the patterns and blocks, and agree on what we're working toward. Sessions 3–5 are the core work, applying the right frameworks and tools to what we've found. Session 6 is consolidation: what's changed, what you're taking forward, and what comes next if you want to continue.
Practical details: Sessions are 60 minutes each, weekly or fortnightly via video call. Payment plans available.
DEEP TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE — £1,350
Twelve sessions for those who want to go deeper and sustain the work over time.
Some things can't be resolved in six sessions, not because the work is slow, but because the patterns go further back, the transitions are bigger, or the change you're looking for is more fundamental. Twelve sessions gives us the space to work at that level without rushing.
Clients who choose this package tend to be navigating something significant: a major career transition, a long-standing confidence or identity question, a pattern they've tried to shift before and haven't been able to, or looking for long term business growth and strategy. They're not looking for clarity in the moment. They want a genuinely different relationship with themselves, or their career.
This is for you if:
You're in the middle of a significant transition, professional, personal, or both
You've had coaching or therapy before and want something that goes further and is forward focused
You know this isn't a quick fix, and you're ready to commit to the work
What the twelve sessions look like: The first phase (sessions 1–3) is deep mapping, understanding your patterns, your history with this issue, and what's actually driving it. The middle phase (sessions 4–9) is where most of the work happens. It is sustained, iterative, building on itself. The final phase (sessions 10–12) is integration: consolidating change, building resilience for what comes next, and preparing you to continue the work independently.
Practical details: Sessions are 60 minutes each, weekly or fortnightly via video call. Payment plans available.
Accessible Coaching
Pay What You Decide
A small number of coaching places are available each month on a Pay What You Decide basis.
If standard coaching fees aren't possible for you right now, you decide what you genuinely feel able to pay. There's no minimum contribution, no judgement, and no need to explain your circumstances.
These places are intended for people whose work creates value beyond themselves but who often have limited access to support. That might include teachers, carers, community workers, social care staff, advocates, organisers, or others whose work gives a great deal while offering little opportunity to invest in themselves.
That list isn't exhaustive. If you think this might be for you, you're very welcome to apply.
Why I Offer This
I became a coach because I believe the people who most need support are often the least able to access it.
Working with pro bono clients has only strengthened that belief.
Some of the most meaningful coaching conversations I've had have been with people who would never have considered paying for coaching, not because they lacked commitment, but because it simply wasn't financially possible.
This isn't a discount or a trial. It's a deliberate decision to make coaching more accessible to people whose contribution often reaches far beyond themselves.
How It Works
You'll be offered three consecutive coaching sessions.
After those three sessions, you'll return to the bottom of the waiting list. If there's no waiting list at that point, you're welcome to continue on the same basis.
Places are limited, and priority is given to people whose financial circumstances make coaching difficult to access.
Keeping Your Place
Attendance matters because these places are limited and designed for people who are ready to engage with the process.
If you miss a session without letting me know, that session is lost. Two missed sessions means your place will be offered to someone else.

Working With Organisations
I work with organisations, teams, and groups on a bespoke basis. This might include group coaching, leadership development, wellbeing programmes, or tailored support for specific teams or cohorts.
All organisational work is designed around your context and there's no off-the-shelf package. We'd start with a consultation to understand what you're looking for and build from there.
If you're interested in exploring what this could look like for your organisation, get in touch directly.
